I'm having trouble accessing the service - how can I get help?
If you are trying to access membership resources, please first check that you are logged in to a membership account. If you are logged in and still having problems accessing the service please contact our support team on membership.support@econsultancy.com or call us on 0207 970 4322.
How can I update my account details?
You can update your account details once logged in using the following link: https://econsultancy.com/my-account/.
Otherwise please email the support team on membership.support@econsultancy.com with details of your existing account email address, and what you would like it to be updated to.
I'm having trouble with my order - how can I get help?
Please contact our membership team on membership.support@econsultancy.com or call on 0207 970 4322 with your customer reference number or account email address.
How do I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?
You can view your recent transaction details when logged into your account from here: https://econsultancy.com/my-account/ then click onto the transactions tab.
If you require a membership receipt for an account that you do not have access to please email membership.support@econsultancy.com to submit your request to our support team.
I have an accounts query - how can I get help?

How can I cancel?
Memberships cannot be cancelled partway through an existing membership contract. For a single membership purchased online please contact us on membership.support@econsultancy.com with your customer number or account email address and the team can remove the future auto-renewal option from your account. For a corporate membership please advise of your company name and contact details and we can put you in touch with your account manager to discuss your future renewal.
