Starting her career agency side in the early days of social media when clients tentatively started to dip their toes into online communities, through to developing business wide social media strategies across paid, owned and earned for Halfords and Boots, ensuring seamless integration between social and other media platforms and customer touchpoints. Now over a decade into her career Claire manages the strategy and planning across all paid media activations including ATL, Digital and Influencer at Hilton.
